- Automated selection of RSS parsing library. Feed Gator will automatically choose PEAR, DOMIT, or magpieRSS (depending on availability), because not all feeds are created alike, and some parsers have trouble with some feeds. Feed Gator comes packaged with magpieRSS, and Joomla comes packaged with DOMIT. Depending on your ISP, you may or may not already have PEAR installed on your host system.
